Hello, You have bulky ovaries and peripherally arranged multiple follicles. The bulky uterus is usually due to Poly cystic ovarian disease / syndrome (PCOD / PCOS) This may lead to infertility. Have all your hormone analyses including thyroid hormone and take proper treatment Meanwhile, after consultation with a gynecologist - you can take birth control hormonal pills, which control the follicles in the ovaries. Within two to three months can reduce all the follicles in the ovaries and then you can try to conceive. You have free fluid in the pelvic floor, that shows infection of pelvic floor which needs separate treatment with Antibiotic.
