Hello and welcome to HCM,

The ultrasonography report interpretation is as follows:
1. The uterus is placed in specific position in the body. This position is described as antiversion and antiflexion.
Thus, your uterus is in normal position that is of antiversion.
2. The AP diameter of the uterus is increased and the echo texture is normal. This implies that the bulk of the uterus is increased but no mass lesion is identified. This is the usual picture of adenomyosis. Adenomyosis is a condition in which the normal endometrial glands which should be normally present on the surface invade the muscle layer or the lyometrium. This is normal finding in a number of healthy uteruses.
3. Thirdly, your spleen is enlarged. Spleen enlarges in anumber of conditions. You should consult your doctor to find out the cause of spleenic enlargement.
Spleen enlarges in a number of infections, hematopoeitic disorders and in neoplasms.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
Thanks and take care.
