Ultrasound Showed Cystic Mass In Right Adnexa With Irregular Outline. Analysis?

hello i went for an scan when the result came out it stated USS shows a normal sized uterus with an AP diameter of 3 .7cm .the outline is regular . the endometrial plate is thickened and echogenic .the myometrial texture is normal .there is cystic mass in the right adnexa measuring 4 .5x4 .2cm .it hasan irregular outline contains medium level echo fluids .the left adnexa is free .pouch of douglas is normal .no free pelvic collection sighted .no fibriod .no cyesis or retained products

CHECK YOUR SERUM BET HCG TO RULE TUBAL PREGNANCY.
IF it is negative it may be endometriotic cyst producing adnexal mass.
CA125 LEVEL To be checked,.
you need laparoscopic surgery to remove this adnexal mass.
