Ultrasound Showed Bulky Uterus, Weak Trophoblastic Rection, No Foetal Pole Or Cardiac Activity. Explain?

LMP 12TH JAN 13. Ultrasound done on 25.02.13. Uterus is bulky with evidence of single Intrauterine Gestational Sac , less than period of gestation. Very weak Trophoblastic rection is seen. GS: 9.1mm ( 5 wks pregnancy). No Foetal pole or cardiac activity at present. Internal OS is closed. Bilateral Adnexa are clear. No free fluid in Cul-De-Sac. Follow up sacn suggested after 10 days. On 25.02.2013 Beta HCG 3600; pregestrone 22.7 ng/ml

In early stage of pregnancy only gestation sac with mild decidual or trophoblastic reaction is seen. So as per findings it's absolutely normal. Don't worry repeat ultrasound after 10 day.
