Hi,

Usually, uterus might be anteverted or retroverted. In 50% of women, uterus is antevertes as in your case, which is perfectly normal.

Then, the sonographist has prescribed in details the contour, myometrium, again, perfectly normal with no masses (which is very good, no fear for fibroma).

With regards to your ovaries, according to ultrasound, they are shown in their follicular phase as they contain follicles. As the ultrasound has shown multiple follicles, it means that most probably you are facing multiple ovarian cysts, which needs proper treatment and follow-up.

It is good that no masses are seen in the nearby organs, and no fluid is present.

At the end, talk to your gyn about the cysts in your ovaries and how to get them treated.

Hope it helped!
