Ultrasound Says Both Ovaries Have Peripherally Located Anechoic Cyst. How To Get Pregnant?

hi doc,i have question cuz im scared if i cant get pregnant so easily,cuz i have my ultrasound result,it said that both of my ovaries has more than 12 peripherally located anechoic cyst,measure lessthan 1cm in greatest diameter sorrounding dense stroma,and there is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac, but the sized is normal anteverted uterus with intact hyperechoic endometrium polycystic ovaries, so how can get pregnant and how can i ruptured it. Hi,
Thanks for the query.

The condition you are having is poly cystic ovary disease.
It can present with symptoms like anovulation, irregular periods, insulin resistance etc.
With your doctor's advice you can go for insulin sensitizers, hormonal pills for few months.
By using these tablets the hormonal levels can get corrected, the small cysts can regress and after that you can plan for pregnancy.
