How many children is she having and are there any future plans of having children? These are all answers we should get before we make such a decision. My suggestion is that you ask the doctors what the problem is and why they would not want to consider hysterectomy. In any case, she needs to be evaluated fully and the possibility of endometrial cancer excluded seen this very thick and irregular endometrium.
