Ultrasound Report Saying Shadow In The Ovary. Advised Breast Mammogram And Ultrasound. Anything To Be Worried?

I am 49, had a routine gyne appt and said I had been feeling a bit bloated and some discomfort around where my RIGHT ovary is - he asked if I would be more comfortable with an ultrasound and I said yes, I am also a nurse. I haven t had a period in about 2 1/2 years - labs drawn last year - menopausal - year before was borderline - perimenopasual. During ultrasound, tech said uterine lining was thin as expected and right ovary looked good. Uterus tilted back and to the left. Left ovary had an odd shadow in it. But that is all - should I be concerned? Also I get a call from my general dr and they received my mammogram report today and there is a 5mm density on my right breast that they haven t seen before that is only visible on one view and a Dx breast mammogran needed to be done and a breast ultrasound. SO I am totally freaking out. I have lost 120lbs over the last 3 years trying to get healthy and am scheduled for abdominal skin surgery removal in June - I lost this weight via Weight Watchers and heavy exercise. I am very scared. Please answer, thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

As your uterus and right ovary are normal in ultrasound, don't worry.
Some women may have retroverted uterus.
Usullay shadows won't seen in ultrasound. So you once get clarification regrading this with your doctor.
Sometimes benign calcification can be seen as minute spots in the mammogram.
Anyhow further diagnostic tests ill clarify this. If needed you can go for FNAC.
