There few fibroids noted in uterine wall. Fibroid is localised growth of muscle tissue of uterus
. It is very common in many women . Also the largest one is only 16 mm which is negligible size. It will not cause any trouble for you. So no need to worry about that. Indenting endometrium is suggestive of just it exact location . It is not a pathological finding.
Rest of pelvic organ are normal. If you are having pain then free fluid in suggestive of infection, otherwise it may be related to ovulation.
