Hello,

This condition is called Renal parenchymal disease. In this condition the kidney loses the ability to remove the waste products from the blood causing various symptoms.
The commonest causes are bacterial infection, diabetes and hypertension.
My advise i that you need to consult a nephrologist, treat the underlying cause and slow the progression of the disease.
