hi there, your sonography report reveals that you have a healthy fetus with good cardiac activity and normal amount of fluid or liquor in the womb and the maturity of the placenta is also in the expected range. In late pregnacy the fetal age is not accurate by ultrasound and +/_ 2 weeks is to be expected to the gestational age calculated by the dates. So according to me everything seems to be normal, take regular healthy diet and adequated rest and every thing will go on smoothly. Tk care.
