Ultrasound Done. Diagnosed With UTI. Used Cipro. Suggest Some Permanent Cure For Recurring UTI

Four months ago I had an ultrasound for a lower left quadrant twinge. I was told I had a UTI . Cipro cleared that. Two months later the twinge recurred. Again, I was told it was another UTI and Cipro cleared it. Now I am having it again. Don t want to continue with Cipro. What can I do? Two c-scans showed nothing.
