Ultrasound At 22weeks Of Pregnancy Shows Prominent Pelvis In Kidney. Suggestions?
hi , my wife is pregnent ,she is completed 22 weeks and we had a scan of baby..doctor found that kidneys developement and report show that below problem Both kidneys show prominent pelves, measuring 3 - 3.5mm antero-posteriorly Could you please let me know problem exactly..what kind of preventive measure we have to take

Prominat pelvis in kidney at 22weeks is just a findind in scan. Presently it is difficult to say whether it is normal finding or due to any other pathology.It could be due to overfilled urinary bladder of fetus.
There is no any preventive measure we can take as pregnacy goes it own ways.
Just do follow up scan after 1 month.
