Ulcer in left side mouth, swollen and tender cheek. Is the pain due to Tooth decay?

Hello my I got an ulcer on the left side back of my mouth where a wisdom tooth would grow but I can not see a tooth comming through but my cheek is a little swollen and tender and hurts to eat or open my mouth I also cracked a tooth a while back which had a temp filling in but I not sure I my mouth is hurting due to the cracked tooth as it decayed away please help

Thanks for asking the query,

Pain can be due to the tooth in which filling is displaced or errupting wisdom tooth to rule out this you need to take x-ray of the region.
Wisdom tooth is often impacted in the jaw bone and leads to food deposition and bacterial accumulation leading to redness, inflammation and swelling of the overlying gums known as PERICORONITIS.
Best treatment for this is extraction of wisdom tooth.
Get the root canal treatment of the infected tooth.
Take complete course of antibiotics and analgesics.
