Hi there....

Thanks for writing in.

Do follow perineal hygiene. Wash the area with warm water and keep the region clean and dry.
Empty your bladder before and after intercourse.
After intercourse wash the area with warm water and keep it clean and dry.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Ensure regular periodic emptying of the bladder. eg.every 3-4 hours empty the bladder.
Avoid condoms as you might be allergic to it. Also avoid lubricants. Find alternate methods of contraception.
Avoid scented / perfumed soaps/talcum powder or lotions in that region.
Also ask your partner to wash the penile region before intercourse.
Do take oral probiotics if you are on antibiotics for prolonged period...

Hope you find this information helpful...
