Typhoid Test Positive. Prescribed Antibiotics. Having Stomach Pains, Nausea, On Bland Diet. Reason?

my daughter tested positive for typhoid. she is 27, but is very small and weak for her age (she is also a special needs person, having mild mental retardation) she was prescribed antibiotics and took the whole course. since she's working, she wants to get back to her routine. however, she experiences nausea and stomach pains and though she's on a very bland, oil-free diet, i'm worried about the stomach pain. she takes fruit/juices/boiled veg/white of egg boiled/rice/curd/pasta/bread and semolina preparations without any oil/spices. please advise.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
As typhoid is a disease of intestine so some abdominal discomfort will remain for few days more.
Continue light diet for one week more.
Give her milk diet, rice, buttermilk, fruit juices etc.
Ok and take care.
