Typhoid, Scaly And Red Spots On Face. Had Unprotected Oral Sex. No Symptoms Of HIV Infection. Habit Of Smoking And Alcohol. Suggest
Hello doctor just tell me that I was having sex with someone with protection and having oral sex for 1 sec by sucking her vagin without protection. And after two days I felt tierdness and when I have checked it found typhoid and no any symptoms of HIV infection but after one months I found some scaly and red spots on small quantity in faces and in this context no other sypmtoms occur and I drink alchol regularly and smoke heavily.Can u suggest me the possible answer.

You had a protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex with a girl carries very low risk towards HIV.
Earliest manifestation of HIV can occur, that too only in 40-50% of the infected people, only after 4 weeks and not earlier than that. So your tiredness two days after the high risk sexual activity is not at all related to HIV.
Scaly red spots on the face could be due to many non-STD causes including Seborrhea.
Consult your physician and he/she will guide you for further invetigations and management if you have any problem.
