Typhoid Fever Recurring. Widal Tests Shows TH, TO Positive. Why?

Hi, I had typhoid fever two months back. Widal tests showed TH:1/120 dilution and TO: 1/240 dilution.
I was treated and fever disappeared after 10 days. Again after 10 days I did widal test to confirm that I was well or not. Both TH and TO said it was positive upto 1/120 dilution.
Now again I am having fever since two days and my widal tests shows TH and TO positive upto 240 dilution. Why is this recurring again and again.

typhoid fever can reoccur.last time when you contracted this fever did you have full 14 days course of antibiotics.if treatment is stopped earlier thn definately it can relapse. morever typhoid happens due to contaminated food so avoid it.this time plz take full 14 days of antibiotics.if u wish u can also take vaccine against it.though vaccine will provide you immunity for 3 yrs only and after that you have to get yourself revaccinated. hoping a speedy recovery for you
