Type 1 Diabetes, 2 C-sections, Tubes Tied, Fatigue, Nausea, Cramping, Brownish Discharge. Reason?

Hi, I'm 27 years old, I have type 1 Diabetes, I got my tubes tied a year ago after having my 3rd child. I've had 2 c- sections. The last 2-3 months my periods have came a week late but recently 2 weeks after my period I've had fatigue, nausea, cramping and brownish discharge. I've took 2 pregnancy test about 2 months but not one recently and they've come back negative. What could it be????????

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

The variation in the cycles and periods may be due to variation in the hormonal changes or may be due to stress or physical illness. Since the cycles are occuring in correct rhythm with no other problem no need to worry for now.
The recent episode of fatigue, nausea, cramping and brownish discharge after 2 weeks of your periods requires further evaluation. This may be due to ovulation also. If so the symptoms will disappear in couple of days. Or else you require one USG abdomen and pelvis, complete hemogram and speculum examination to look for any other problem.
For now you can take anti spasmodic like busulpan and Tab Ibuprofen 400mg for pain. Have adequate regular sleep, plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie and regular outdoor exercises for your wellbeing.

Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further management.
Feel free to ask if you have any further queries or doubts and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
