Abnormal shapes of sperms is most commonly seen due to genetic or chromosomal defect. Marijuana smoking might be one of the factors in decreased motility of sperms. You need to take zinc, l-carnitine, vitamin E supplements to improve quality of sperms.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Marijuana is known to cause destruction and abnormal sperm and also heart problems like heart attack. It is best you avoid this and join a rehabilitation centre to get rid of dependence or addiction. Eat healthy, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables for vitamin and antioxidant effect which may help normalise sperm. Drink plenty of water. Exercise regularly.
