Twitching In Left Arm, Weakness, Difficulty Opening Jars After Drinking Alcohol. Treatment?

after a night out with friends I drank heavily and I think someone may have spiked my drink. I experienced twitching in my left hand and a need to stretch it ...the next day it feels weak. I am in NO pain but I physically cant put my fingers together. I find it slightly more difficult to open jars etc .. this all happened over a week ago. I think it is getting slightly better but I am not sure.
