Twisted Vertebrae And Have Constant Back Pain. Can I Take Medical Marijuana For This Problem?

Hi I am 16 years old an am going to be 17 in 10 days and live in the state of colorado i have twisted vertebrae in my back and have constant back pain, also i have problems eating and sleeping, I was curious to know if i could get a medical marijuana license for these issues, marijuana seems to be the only thing that helps me, im just not sure if i would be able to get it for these issues. Thank you for your time

Hi,

You are too young to start such drugs use although under strict medical supervision. However, you can discuss with the neurologist to determine the level of your pain and getting the right pain-killer for you.

Usually, NSAIDs are prescribed, but in your case, if they do not work, I recommend to take pain killers of opioid drug class.
