I am recovering slowly. But grief is so draining and I feel terrible about it : ( I want to know weather I will get back my menstrual cycle soon and when should I plan to have a baby next? Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
i can understand the loss you are suffering from because of the miscarriage and your anxiety to conceive at this age.
but in my opinion you should avoid pregnancy for 3 months so as to recover physically and mentally too.
in the meanwhile start taking folic acid and multivitamin tablets so as to regain the vitality of your body.
In case you have any other question you can consult me on health care magic.
Dr Manisha Jain
take care and wish you all the best.
