Tsh 6,numerous Symptoms Of Hypothyroidism

hi im a 45 yr old female my tsh is 6 do i need medication i ve numerous symptoms of hypothyroidism like joint pains, blurry vision, hair loss , weight gain, memory loss , swelling of ankles, baggy under eyes, depression, irritability, fatigue,..please help me.

Dear User.

TSH of 6 qualifies under subclinical hypothyroidism, which doesnt usually requires treatment,
We do treat them if there level rises to > 10 or they become symptomatic.

I advise you to get complete thyroid profile.

And I personally don't think that TSH of 6 will cause so many symptoms.

Its better to get proper evaluation to find outother reason for your problems.
