Dont be desperate in achieving anything beyond your control. Stress
is one of the cause of obesity so be relaxed, happy about your body, set a reasonable weight goal for your body, continue your exercise, follow your diet plan
. In short you should enjoy whatever form of exercise you are doing & not do it under any pressure.
