hi, may be there could be something wrong in your diet due to which you are not losing weight..along with exercise eat small meals every 2-3 hours, avoid milk and wheat as these 2 may cause problems in weight loss
in some people..check your vitamin D3
, B12, thyroid
levels and also get a sonography
done for the pelvic to find out if you PCOS or no...have poha/ idli/ oats upma for breakfast, fruits and nuts for mid meals, salads + 1 jowar/ ragi roti + veggies+ dal for lunch, sprouts/ egg whites as evening snacks, dinner should be light without rice/ roti like soups, salads, veggies, chicken/fish.. avoid fried, sweets and aerated drinks completely..drink lot of water.. be happy and positive.. stress
will only cause more weight gain..
