Trying to get pregnant, lower stomach bloated, constipated, ribs feel sore, little spotting. Could i be pregnant?

i have been trying to get preganet the last few weeks this week i even held my legs on the wall 3 different times my lower stomach is bloated,and hard i have been constipated the last two days my ribs feel sore an i had a lite spotting it was just a little pinkish lookin the last few days i have been staying hungry could i be prego

Dear cellisallene,
The symptoms you mention may be suggestive of pregnancy, but the are not diagnostic at all.
To diagnose pregnancy you should have a blood test for hCG usually after missing your period.
If the test comes positive, you should start taking Folic acid supplementation and visit your doctor in order to have a pelvic ultrasound to confirm a healthy intrauterine pregnancy and to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
