Trying To Get Pregnant, Low Progesterone Level. Underwent Miscarriage. Adderall, Vyvanse, Clomid Taken. Advise?

Hi, I am trying to get pregnant with baby #3 and after 6 months of trying I went to my OB and had blood drawn. Come to find out my progesterone is low, 6.94. This has never been a problem for me in the past as my husband and I got pregnant with our two healthy daughters in the first month of trying each time. I also had a miscarriage in between my two daughters and also got pregnant the first month we tried. All three times I got pregnant I was taking adderall for ADHD as I have been off and on for several years now. I got off of it right when I found out I was pregnant each time. I just switched to a Vyvanse this month. However, my question is could adderall/Vyvanse be the reason that I am surprisingly not ovulating anymore? Hence, the reason I now have to take clomid? It was never a problem with my past three pregnancies but wondering if it could be now? Or is it truly just a progesterone problem? I started Clomid two days ago and I am still taking the Vyvanse. Hoping that taking the Vyvanse does not keep me from getting pregnant.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The decreased ovulation that you are having now is likely to be due to a hormonal problem. This is not likely to be related to taking the medicines. Rather Anxiety itself can affect ovulation considerably.
