Hello and welcome to HCM

Ma'am have got the pregnancy test done because that is only confirmatory for pregnancy.
You should not get periods once you get pregnant.
However, if you are bleeding once the pregnancy test is positive then this bleeding can be due to threatened abortion, missed abortion or abortion due to molar pregnancy. If this is the case you need to visit your gynaecologists as soon as possible because bleeding during pregnancy is alarming.

Pain in breasts before periods is a part of pre-menstrual syndrome. It is often associated with bloating.

If it very debilitating and interfering with your normal routine some measures are to be taken. It includes life style changes, exercise and medication.

1.Aerobic exercises help
2.Supplements- calcium, magnesium, vitamin E, and essential fatty acids
3. Pain killers to relieve pain
4. Hormonal preparation (consult your doctor for it)
Thanks and take care
