Trying To Concieve. Can You Suggest Good Sex Position, Diet For More Semen Production?

M newly married. Me and my husband we daily do sex three times a day and everything is going well. Now we are planning for babies, and i want my pregnancy . I wish ALLAH PAK bless me with twins or triplets. Please tell me is there any procedure for some good sex position and what type of diet should i gave to my husband for more semen producion. Regards

1 23.....7 Periods 8 .9 safe period and from 9th day of period to 16th day of period is best time baby making sex , if you want to concieve then dont miss ovulation period which start from 13th and 14th day of periods so if you start intercourse from 9th day of period and intercourse daily once better for baby , as you know ovum release at the 14th day of period so best you intercourse day 9th , 11th , 12th ,13th , 14th , 15th regularly once a day. You can do sex in any positon which is comfortable for you but man on top is knee down position is best positions.
