Trying To Conceive, Unprotected Sex, Spot Of Blood In Vagina, No Further Spotting. Pregnant?

I recently had unprotected sex with my boyfriend off 11 months we are trying for a baby and yesterday when he cummed and pulled out he noticed I had a spot of blood so I went to the toilet to wipe it away and it went and no spotting overnight or during today. Could this mean I m pregnant or just a little wear and tear inside

If you have only spot of blood there is less chances bleeding is due to pregnancy.To rule out pregnancy you should do HCG urine kit test.
