Trying To Conceive, Irregular Periods. Abnormal Bleeding. Negative Pregnancy Test. Help

I have been trying to conceive but have very irregular periods i took my period after 88 days well what seems to be a period but there no blood on pad only wen i wipe after toilet ? I took test which was negative 2weeks ago I have a hsg on Wednesday but im scarred to go through with it as I have already previously miscarried a year ago n after 4 years of trying im still not pregnant . The bleeding is light n red like new blood . Please help !

Hi,
If you are so worried about disturbing a pregnancy with the HSG you are posted for, please confirm/exclude the same with an assessment of serum beta-hCG. You can also get a trans-vaginal sonogram to be sure. If it is excluded, you should go ahead with the investigation as the procedure itself can sometimes help in conception by clearing any blocks. You need a complete evaluation before going for any treatment procedures in order to get good results. Hope this helps.
