i am under treatment to concieve. my doctor said my husband have pus cells and gave one month medication, during that she also gave me ovashield 1 strip and cocevel tablets. at the 10th day she did a follicular study which says left follicle- 23*20 mm, endometrium 05 mm..and then she added premature tablets for 3 days and said to stay with my husband these 3 days. my husband was suffering from fever due to infection...so we stayed last 2 days together. now on my 16th day she took a follicular again...which showed that my egg did not ruptured...left follicle- cyst 57*52 mm, endometrium 09 mm and internal echaes. is there any chances to concieve this month?

Hi,
From the sonographic picture it appears that you did not ovulate. The endometrial thickness though, is sufficient. The cyst should be observed in further sonograms. It is ideal to put away treatment until your husband completely recovers from the infection and is free of pus cells. The chances of conception are almost nil this month. Your husband may need 2-3 months time before the semen analysis returns to normal after treatment. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good luck.
