Hi I m tryg to conceive lst 2 yrs. Doc has advice me to take letsi tablets. I would lk to what would b d best position after hvg intercourse?is it laying down on ur back?wat does keepg legs bent on d chest means after intercourse n how long shuld I remain in that position. Tks

Aftter an intercourse you should lie on your back for at least 15 minutes. Do not get up or wash your private parts after the act. Keeping the legs bent on the chest helps in deeper penetration.
