hi doc, im 32 yrs old and trying to conceive. i took duphaston on the 15 - 25th (2x/day) of my cycles. i was also advised by my Ob to take fertab on the 2nd-6th day of my period plus vitamins like vit E, folic acid & m2-tone supplement everyday. im 1 week delayed now is it possible that i am pregnant? when should i take PT?

If you are 1 week delayed, you can do pregnancy test on early morning sample. Result will make certain about pregnancy. If you are pregnant, result will come positive after 2 weeks of your ovulatin.
So go ahead and do it.
