Trying to conceive, Irregular periods, PCOS, allopathy ineffective, ayurvedic treatment

hi I am married for 4 years and trying to concieve from last 3 years. my periods are not regular becuase of PCOD . i took allopathy medicine for sometime but dint get pregnant. now i m taking ayurveda treatment from last 2 months. my all other reports are normal. plz tell me, can I get pregnant with help of ayurvedic tratment regards Pooja

Hi .Pooja,
First of all your not mentioned your age and your Husband's medical reports.
PCOS is a very common condition affecting 4% to 18% of women.Being overweight worsens all clinical features of PCOS.These clinical features include reproductive manifestations such as reduced frequency of ovulation and irregular menstrual cycles, reduced fertility, pcos on the ultra sound, etc.PCOS affects quality of life and can worsen anxity and depression.
A healthy life style consists of a healthy diet, reduces body weight and abdominal fat, reduces Testosterone will lead a healthy result.
In Aurveda .
Take ALOES COMPOUND tablet. Two tablet twice daily, starting from 1st day of Menstrual Cycle up to the 14 th day of M. Cycle.
Take EVE CARE TONIC daily.
Note: Go to D & C before getting this treatment.
Take FORTEGE tablet, three times a day with milk after meals.
Take ASHWAGHANTHA capsule ,twice daily ,after meals with milk.

1. make sure you don't have any structural abnormality/defect because in that case surgical correction is the only option.
2. If all reports are normal,then definitely under the guidance of good Ayurveda Doctor (stree roga evam prasuti tantra) you can get pregnant.

Hi Pooja,
As u said that u r having irregular periods, it is a big matter of concern.
- First make it regular.
- Regularize ur bowel movement.
- Follow a healthy diet. Avoid pizza, burger, roll, fried items.
- Avoid stress as much as possible.

you are already under treatment, so may be advised all these or more by ur Dr.
Keep following the advise as given.

Along with u may take the following drugs

1. Cap - Cyclovarine 1 cap thrice daily after food
2. Powder- Hingastak curna (dabor) 1 tsf before meal twice daily
3. Castor oil 1 tsf with warm milk at bed time thrice in a week.
4. Powder - Pushyanug churna 1 tsf twice after meal.
5. syp- Kumaryasav 3 tsf with water at bed time.

Above medications are to be taken for 3 menstrual cycles at least.
I considered sperm count normal.

Hello pooja ,
somtimes conceiving problems occur due to many resons or due to not any reasons . u said that u r suffering from PCOD But in pregnancy pcod is not only cause .
u should continue ur ayurvedic treatment one more thing ur husband sperm count & quality should be also normal.
well many more medicine in ayurveda for doing regular periods & improve ovulation like m2tone syp-2tsf bid , cap ovarin 2cap bid , ashokarista , dasmularista , lodhrasav combined last three medicine 20 ml each with lukeworma water twice daily after meals. for more info contact

see ya there are the cases who get child though they have pcod so no need to worry about have to do regular exercise and yoga .avoid all kind of take agnus castus Q 15 drops three times a day for 3month except on the days where you have periods continue which help in regularize your cycle.also concern any good homoeopath which help you in treatment of pcod.also take multivitamin which help you in fertility.

You can get pregnant by Ayurveda, but Ayurveda is pure science so doctor has diagnose properly where is problem lies and than provide medicine
You need to take
1, Ashokarishth 15 ml with 40 ml normal water after lunch & dinner
2, Rajapravatini Vati 2 tab , TDS
3, Tab M2 tone 1 tab TDS
4, Cervifert cap 1 BD
5, Gynakot Tab 1 tab TDS ( From Kottalkal Ayurved shala )

All medicine after food.

This is recommended treatment on basis of given history. you take these medication safely.
They defiantly improve PCOD condition & chances of conceive.
