Hello,
The cyst you have in your ovary is most likely a functional cyst and usually regresses on its own. The pain during intercourse is perhaps due to the cyst. If you are anxious to conceive, you should see an infertility specialist and get investigated further. Your partner should also be assessed. You have two negative factors for conception, namely, a retroverted uterus that does not favor natural conception as easily as an anteverted uterus, and the cyst in the ovary. You should lie in prone position for at least 30 minutes after the intercourse and should not use any soap to wash your parts soon after. Take care.
