Trying To Conceive. Fluctuating Temperature During Follicular Phase. Should I Be Concerned?

I am charting my BBT and trying to conceive. My temperature fluctuations during the follicular phase seem to be pretty extreme. A full degree up and down and up again before actual ovulation. I have been able to pin point ovulation with the help of cervical observations. Should I be concerned about the high fluctuations?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The fluctuation in the body temperature could be related to the changes in the diet or the environmental factors. The BBT method for ovulation is not a very accurate method. You can do a blood test instead.
