Hi,
Your symptoms can be premenstrual or due to early pregnancy. The only way to know before the onset of your period is to get blood tested for serum beta-hCG levels and if they are positive, go for a trans-vaginal sonogram at 4-5 weeks. Otherwise, if you have already missed the period, go for urine pregnancy test with an early morning fresh sample. Follow it up with a visit to your gynecologist. Take care.
