I m having a problem with my pre-cum during erection . I m 26 years old. I used to masturbate a lot previously but since last 6 months I ve reduced it but my erection doesn t stay for more than 10 seconds. I haven t consulted any doctor yet. I had a problem during sexual intercourse with my partner as well because of this & I wasn t able to do sex with her. What should I do so that my erection stays longer & I don t pre-cum early. Regarding the problem of erectile dysfunction, it is caused by reduction of blood flow to the penis.
It's mostly related to anxiety that whether you will be able to perform or not.
So...don't worry about all this & stay relaxed during intercourse.
Performance can be improved by taking a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts & honey.
You can also do oil massage of the penis...it increases blood flow & maintains the erection.
Avoid smoking & alcohol.
One more thing...avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to improve performance...it may be harmful.
Best thing is to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid stress, get good sleep, think positive and stay happy.
