Tried Ketoconazole For Fungal Infection. High Heart Rate. Medication Side Effect?

Yesterday I took Ketoconazole tablet to treat my skin fungus problem (dont know what it's called, im not a native english speaker). So nothing happened after i took 1 tablet yesterday.

But today i take 1 tablet and now after 30 minutes it seems my heart beat faster than usual. I read from some sources that Ketoconazole can actually make my heart beat faster. So it is a normal side effect, or a serious one?

Welcome to HCM,
The symptoms you mentioned can occur as drug side effect with ketoconazole and are normal and not very serious.In my opinion you should stop taking the drug any further and can switch to topical anti-fungal agents like CLOTRIMAZOLE or MICONAZOLE,Please take help of Dermatologist for it.
