Tremors and pain in fingers and toes, tightness in triceps, normal test results. What can be done?

My 30 yr old daughter has finger tremors and pain in her fingers and toes. Her triceps feel tight at times.She has been depressed. She has gone to a nerologist, chiropractor and two other doctors that cannot find anything wrong. Her father is in the final stages of ALS. She thinks she may contact the disease.I m stumped as to how to help her

Many reasons can lead to such sort of symptoms. So need not to worry as such. TAke some NSAID's and tab Methylcobal 1500Microgramand Gabapentin 100mg.It will reduce pain and tingling numbness.
