Hello and welcome to HCM
It seems that you are at a starting stage of Parkinson's Disease. Your age is above 50 and you have a family history. This is a strong indication for this. This disease is a disorder of brain that leads to tremors and difficulty in walking etc. The treatment is to reduce the symptoms by medications and some precautions. Precautions you have to follow are:
1. Health nutritional diet.
2. Regular exercise and physiotherapy with regular rest periods.
3. Avoid stress, it increases the symptoms.
4. Speech therapy and occupational therapy (if symptoms present).
Hope you got the answer to your query.
Best Wishes
