Treatment For Tearing Of Eye After Septoplasty And Rhinoplasty?
I am 53 and 6 feet. weight 160 lbs. I had septoplasty, partial rhinoplasty, turbine reduction about 3 weeks ago. Everything is healing well other than constant tearing of left eye still. Been flushing 4 times with saline and rinsing as doc directed. Can you advice about the tearing please?

It seems from the history that you are having watering in the eyes following septoplasty and rhinoplasty.
This can be because of impaired drainage of tears from eyes to tears as a result of edema secondary to surgery on the nose. With the treatment and reduction of the edema induced by surgery this will improve, hence no need to worry just wait for some time.
