Treatment For Ringing In Ear But No Pain?

Hello doc.
I have problem in ear since my childhood not regularly but some some times.
if once happen then it will take more time to be ok.
I had treatment & checkup last 1 year before but doctor told me that nothing happen.
Actually in my ear lots of ringing sound , when i go in silence place or at the time of sleeping , there is no pain but ear feel like something is inside which irritates me lots & now this is for last 2 month. Please advice me.

I can understand your problem if you do not have hearing loss or pain then the reason could be idiopathic, if I would be your doctor then I would try the "corticosteroid" on tentative basis, and the best option is Tab Dexamethasone 8mg three times in day for three days then in reducing manner by 4mg every day till the last dose of 4 mg remains, hope this information helps you bye.
