Treatment For Pelvic Pain And Difficulty Urinating?

My pelvic area has been hurting. I normally urinate regularly, but lately I seem not to be able to urinate often. It is very small amounts when I do, AND it is perfectly clear. Then today, I urinated and it was slightly yellow and it looked like dirt came out, just a little.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello! Welcome to HCM.
This can be due to urinary tract infection/also stone disease.
Do you have fever?
You havent mentioned your age & sex.
Stones form nidus for infection and so is the burning.
Many similar patients come to my clinic to whom I advise ultrasound abdomen & pelvis, X-ray KUB, renal function tests, BSL & CBC.
Treatment is done accordingly.
Hope this helps.
Wish you speedy recovery.
Thanks.
Regards.
