dear sir, i have a lymphanode near the left neck and ear area .fnac test result as a tuberculosis lymphinode.doctor suggested akt-4 on 2 months after that rcinex 450 after 2 months doctor say r cinex 600 now i take this medicine last 45 days but lymphinode on still same condition.but i have a pain in all body throat pain cough and feel fever all the type time .headache also came .pain in the lymphinode .if i removed the lymphinode on the treatment have any problem i take the surgery time to atop this medicine.please advice me this matter

Hi.
Tuberculosis is a generalized disease and the lymph node has shown the effect of it, So removing this node alone is not going to help you in any way. It takes a long time for the lymph nodes to settle in size , so please do not worry about it.
You have to complete the course of minimum of 6 months.
As for your other symptoms- you have a secondary infection and not coming under control as the body resistance is lower. You may need additional antibiotics and supportive medicines as per your Doctor' advise.
Surgery - not to be done at the moment.
Do not miss a single day course.
