Treatment For Headache After Fall On Ice?

Hello. I fell on ice 6 days ago. I landed on my left buttock but my resultant pain has been in my head. When I fell, it felt like my brain was jolted. I have had a dull head ache ever since mainly in my frontal area but today it seems more localized on the left. I have had no vomiting, no LOC, no dizziness. My appetite and sleep are W NLs. I just took 1000 mg acetominophen to see if it would help.

Hello. You need to get this checked out, since the headache could be from a fracture in your neck--that can sometimes happen from a fall on the buttocks--the so-called whiplash effect
