Treatment For Cough And Sneezing Problem

Hi my name is varsha I am suffering from cough from last month sneezing and sniffling very much. cough productive in nature, frequencantly in night and color of sputum is white like water no any kind of addiction, particularly smoking, taking spicy/sour food no weight loss, no fever.

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you are suffering from allergic airway disease, newer term for this is one airway one disease. In simple term, same allergen is responsible for your sneezing and blocked nose and coughing phlegm.
So I advice you to consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray and PFT. This will helpful in determining severity as well.
Treatment of this needs
1. Identification of allargen and avoidance of allergen.
2. Nasal sprays containing steroids and antihistamines.
3. Short course of oral antibiotics.
4. Iral antihistamines for coughing.
