Hi
I read carefully all your concerns and I understood your query.
With regards to yellow pus it may be related with fistula.
with regards to your hemorroids i would recommend to avoid constipation using
-plenty of water
-use foods reached in fibers
- lactulose
-sitz bath
After that if you have fistula it cannot be treated with cream but with antibiotic and surgery.
So please you need a good examination from proctologist.
wishing you fast recovery
